Discover a Hidden River Beach Picnic Spot Near Cobleland

The Beach is a shallow gravel section of river with small meadow and picnic benches. This idyllic spot can be accessed via the River Trail walk or by car, turn right out of the campsite towards Gartmore, approximately half a mile up the road turn Left at the Forestry Land Signpost for Lemahamish and keep left to the car park at the bottom of the hill.

Care should be taken at all times when entering the water, due to it being subjected to tidal flooding, the levels can rise and fall at large rates and supervision of children is essential at all times.
